1. Digital Product Notice
All products sold on Numeros.guru are digital goods delivered instantly via email or website after purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law (where applicable), as delivery begins immediately.


2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our numerology reports, all sales are final and non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after ordering
• You expected a different interpretation or result
• You entered incorrect information (e.g., wrong birth date)
• You did not read the service description before purchasing

3. ExceptionsWe may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• You never received the report due to a verified technical issue
• The report was not generated at all or was significantly incomplete

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@numeros.guru with your order details.


4. Payment Processor
All payments are handled securely via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds (if approved) are processed through Paddle and returned via your original payment method.
